Where do you ship to?

I ship worldwide. However, shipping fees may vary depending on your location. If you have any questions, please feel free to email me or use the contact form.

How long does it take to process an order?

I typically process orders within 1-2 business days. However, during peak seasons, processing times may be longer. The glass cup orders take an additional 2-3 business days for production time.

Do you accept returns or issue refunds?

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns. However, if your product(s) are damaged in transit, I will review any pictures of the items and issue a refund on a case by case basis.
